Client Executive

We are always on the lookout for new colleagues to join our growing and ambitious team on a full-time and permanent basis at our offices at Maidstone Innovation Centre, close to Junction 7 of the M20, near Maidstone, Kent.

About the role:

This is an entry level position into the recruitment industry, but with the prospect of rapid progress dependent on ambition, determination and talent. We will provide full training and guidance to help you maximise your potential. Initial duties will include research of both companies and individuals, data capture, initial screening of potential job applicants and arranging interviews.

Our ideal new team member will be:

  • A good communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Our focus is on helping to match great talent with great marketing agencies and as such you should feel comfortable and credible writing and speaking to anyone whatever their background or experience.

  • Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take on new challenges and who is happy to take advice and direction.

  • Inquisitive with good ability to listen. A good chunk of your working time will be asking the right questions and listening carefully to the answers given to determine the next course of action.

  • Detail orientated. Sitting behind everything we do is our sophisticated database system, and it is imperative that all information is entered accurately and compliant with data regulations (GDPR).

  • Very organised with the ability to multi-task and follow processes. Recruitment is an industry where things are constantly moving, so being able to juggle lots of tasks effectively is key, whilst closely following the established processes.

  • Tenacious. We are looking for someone who is tenacious but not pushy. It can sometimes be challenging to reach the people we need to speak to, and we want someone is willing to keep trying.

  • Focused & conscientious. Someone with impeccable time keeping and who enjoys the camaraderie of the office environment but who is determined to get results and is not easily distracted by fellow colleagues making calls.

  • Tech savvy. You should be comfortable with using Microsoft Office as well as having the willingness to learn how to use our database system.

  • Hungry to succeed. We are an ambitious team, and we want anyone joining us to share in our ambition. As such, this role would best suit someone who is self-motivated and keen to progress.
